HIGH-RISE CONCRETE REPAIR AND REFINISHING

CONDO EXTERIOR REPAIR AND FINISHING
This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed industry standards adequately. We put safety and honesty first and our workmanship follows. We do both residential and commercial projects with pride and never cut corners to do it faster.
COMMERCIAL FRAMING AND DRYWALL FINISHING
We have finished demising wall fire-rated framing that fastened to a steel structure for up to code regulations. The engineers wanted us to frame double layer of fire rated drywall and steel track to be attached to steel column and have wood framing slide into the track system. We have managed to finish the framing within a timeframe and passed inspection. Also added details on concrete relief cuts on fresh concrete slabs.
APARTMENT RENOVATION
We are now starting an apartment complex remodel and renovation working with the amazing property management team in Nanaimo BC. We are currently rebuilding decks with our superb quality 68mil ValorDEK Vinyl products.
